We are Soroptimist International of Novato, CA. We are part of a global volunteer organization that provides women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment, specifically those facing significant obstacles.
Our goal at the Novato Club is to illuminate discourse with a series of conversations highlighting relevant topics in our neighborhood. These conversations are broadcast on local TV and on Youtube.
Many women and girls are not comfortable discussing money. This video is an introduction to the series, Women and Money, where the conversation opens for women and girls to change the narrative, to learn about how money works, how to plan for their future, and how to build confidence and increase financial literacy.
